Written Paragraphs

  • Please provide one paragraph about where you are from, and some details about your background.

  • Please provide one paragraph about your athletic (high school, college or professional) experience .

  • Please provide one paragraph describing the biggest adversity you've had to overcome in life.

References:

Please provide contact info for the following: 

  • Head coach at your highest level of athletic competition

  • Most recent employer(s)

It would be prudent to confirm with these contacts in advance whether they are available to discuss their experience with you prior to submitting them to OTE as references.
